Message	All otc "synth" oils are nothing more than "purer" dino oils. M1 went from a grp IV pao base oil to a grp III cleaned up dino oil a few years back. There`s an Exxon/Mobil paper online someplace written about it. Synthetic oils are mostly a marketing gimmick,with the exception of Amsoil,Redline,RP,Motul,etc. Here`s some info on base oils: [ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lubricant ]
